ShortLivedRefreshToken Field Exceeds Limit between Dropbox and Salesforce.
Hi,
We are facing an issue with the Dropbox integration in Salesforce while setting up the connection between the two apps. Specifically, we are encountering an error related to the ShortLivedRefreshToken Field Exceeds Limit.
Our Salesforce application is live on the AppExchange, and one of our clients has reported this issue.
In Salesforce, we can store a maximum of 255 characters. However, we've previously noticed that the Dropbox API returns a maximum of 155 characters for the token, which seems to be causing the issue.
Could you please assist us in resolving this? It's a rare issue, but we'd appreciate any guidance you can provide.

Hey ravimali12! Thanks for posting this on our forum.
Can you provide me with a few screenshots of what you see on your end, so that I can have a visual?
I’ll be able to guide you from there.

I'm unable to attach the screenshot but can pass you the error message:
SF_With_Dropbox__ShortLivedRefreshToken__c field:Update failed. First exception on row 0 with id a0BHy00000A5wQtMAJ; first error: STRING_TOO_LONG, ShortLivedRefreshToken: data value too large: sl.u.AFqLb0QkN8HXCTmsC16cu4f95MhvvsgFsQx8D3xb7J5B5TUgwUNjM-N4Vpy6VUwliaslhhWOeh0bSG5tBeRF5B ...
We have tracked this error in our logs. We're currently storing the short-lived token in a 255-character field. Our application has been live and working fine, but recently we've noticed that the length of the short-lived token has increased. This is causing issues, and users are unable to use our Dropbox connector app as they cannot complete the authorization step.
Earlier the short-lived token used to be around 155 char only.
Since our application is live so we can't do the metadata change. Could you please help us here ASAP and we can connect over a call if required?
