Better customer support for billing issues. No one has gotten back to my request.

It would be advantageous to have some support for billing questions. I have submitted my request and noone gets back to me.

    Hey Theresanyc, welcome to our Community!

    We do have payment support, even if you're a Basic Dropbox user. 

    You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

    Would you like to share your ticket number reference with me, in order to locate it on our system and check its progress?

    Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

    How long ago did you put it in and what is the ticket number?
