How do I cancel my dropbox Sign subscription (but keep my general dropbox subscription)

Hello,

Last year I signed up for Dropbox sign to facilitate some signatures. I only needed this for a few months and am still being charged monthly now. I cannot find anywhere to cancel the Dropbox sign portion of this plan -- please help!

Thank you,

Lauren

Hey there, LPom, welcome to our Community!

Have you tried following these steps?

    -Sign in to your account.
-Hover over your initials in the top-right corner.
-Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
-Click the Billing tab near the top of the screen.
    -Click Cancel plan.

If you come across any issues, let me know and I'll be happy to send an email on my end to you, in order for us to have a closer look into this.

    Keep me posted!

      Hi Megan,

Thank you for the prompt response! I have tried that but I do not have a billing tab (maybe because I am part of a larger team for my Dropbox account?). If you could email me to look into this further together that would be great.

      Thank you!

      Lauren
