How do I get a Live Human for Tech Support at Dropbox??
Need Human Help - I pay alot $$

Make sure you are logged in to the paid account and go to www.dropbox.com/support.
All options applicable to your account are listed there. Phone support, however, is only available for paid Business users (note not free trial ones)

Phone support is available to Business account customers and can be initiated from their admin console via a call back. All others can find the support options available to them on the Support page. Paid accounts have access to live chat and priority email support (via a ticket system).
What's the issue that you need help with? Someone here might be able to help you, or direct you in the correct course of action.

I am a paid business user.. so where is the PHONE NUMBER to reach a human?

At the page already listed: www.dropbox.com/support however it may be available to Admins only. And you need to make sure you are using, and logged in to, that paid account (i.e. what shows at www.dropbox.com/plan)

Also, it's not a phone number for you to call. Phone support is handled via a call back. You enter your phone number and someone from Support will call you. There is no published number.
This form can be found in your Admin console (if you're a team admin) by clicking on Help in the left side navigation.
