Account and files are all gone
I woke up this morning and my entire dropbox account and files were gone. When I went to dropbox dot com it didnt recognize me and made me create a new account and now i cant access 14 years worth of things i need

Can you give us a bit more info as to what you saw, when you tried to sign in to your account? Did you get an error message?
Was your account part of a Dropbox Business team, by any chance?
