I can't sign in to the mobile app after resetting my password; there's an unknown error.

After changing the password in my account, I cannot log in with my account in the mobile app. I normally connect from a laptop and computer but not on my mobile phone (android).

I've made too many attempts and they all end up with the message ''Unknown error, please contact Dropbox customer support.

    Is your password really complex? 

    There was, at one point, issues with some really long complex passwords on Android phones. It may be worth making the password shorter while you connect and then change it again after you have. 

    Also check you only have 2 devices, at present, connected at https://www.dropbox.com/account/security
