how to get a refund and speak to a real person
I just noted i have been being charged monthly by Dropbox over 2 years for no reason, as i only use free basic plan. and i email billing-support@dropbox.com last week, so far no one replied me yet.
the chatbot is useless, hating talking to stupid programme.
shall i terminate my credit card first then argue?

I just noted i have been being charged monthly by Dropbox over 2 years for no reason, as i only use free basic plan ...You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Dropbox cannot charge you if they don't have your billing information. If you've been charged and didn't give them your billing information, then someone else has and you should be contacting your bank.

Hi SengaGlacier, l hope you don’t mind me jumping in.
When opening a ticket with our support, did you, by any chance, receive a ticket number to your email address?
If yes, please send it to me and l’ll take a look for you.
Keep me updated! - SengaGlacier4 years agoExplorer | Level 4
no, nothing feedbak
no telephone number,
even no email back from billing-support@dropbox.com
and dropbox website apparently doesn't like comuunicating with the clients,
no email on public, only an uselles chatbot which cannt understanding human language at tall,
and no direct links for submitting the ticket, maybe hidden somewhere, i can't found it.

Hey SengaGlacier, sorry to jump in here, but did you make sure to use an incognito window without signing into any Dropbox account when filling out this form?
Make sure to include all the needed information there and an email address we can reach you at. - SengaGlacier4 years agoExplorer | Level 4

You don't need to log into an account to fill out this form SengaGlacier - this is why I suggested using an incognito window.
In any case, would you like me to send you an email to the email address that's linked to your profile here on our Community so that we can have a further look? - SengaGlacier4 years agoExplorer | Level 4ok, my register email is [Removed as per Community Guidelines]
