Allow us to generate a report on who has edit/view access on shared folders

Allow us to generate a report on who has edit/view access on shared folders

You are seemingly unable to generate a report that shows a simple access control list of who, within and organization, is allowed to view/change files in a folder?

I understand that you can go to folders, one by one, and view (via 'modify') the currently assigned company users. But the ability to generate a simple csv file listing the directory name and all user names assigned to or allowed to read or read write is critical for both security and financial audit process.

Given the Unix underpinnings for the product, this function exists as core to the OS, but sadly is missing from the system features.

How can we escalate this request? It is an important security feature.

We need a tool that can generate a security audit report to confirm what folders are shared with whom to make sure no folders are shared inappropriately.  To have to view each folder one at a time is labor intensive and not scalable.

Have the same request. Activity report, Members, Content report is tedious to check person wise accesses too.

Especially when there are complex team dependencies.

Request for a solution here.

To generate a Member-wise report on what folders are shared with whom to make sure no folders are shared inappropriately and an Activity report (Members wise). Request for a solution here.

Hi all, would the new admin reports do the trick for what you had in mind perhaps?
