Documents/notes attached to a file

Can we have an option to have a note section attached to a file? For example, I have a lot of video files where Id' like to also jot down notes. Having that would be so helpful. THanks.

Hey @Anekua, I hope you're having a great Monday! 

I'm thinking, that what would also work in your case, would be commenting on the file itself. Have you tried it? Do you think it'd be practical for your needs? 

Or are you referring to a more private way to keep notes when previewing a file? Share a bit of your train of thought with me.

@Megan I'm using the comment section for this purpose at the moment. However, because comments don't automatically save (which I'm beginning to understand why as someone would need to make sure they've worked out their thoughts before posting), I've actually lost a lot of notes accidentally a couple times. This is why I was hoping for a separate note section, where it automatically saves everything you type in real time, much like any word program or email. WHere I won't have to worry about lost data.

Yes I'm looking for this option as well. I need my VA who posts photos to our site and for social media, to know what products to tag so it would be helpful to be able to attach notes with our SKU #'s
