File requests upload folder search box

We're a voiceover recording studio and receive tons of audition submissions from our voiceover talent daily. Up until recently when we started using File requests, we received the audition submissions via email .. and you can imagine the inefficiencies of that process!

I would like to suggest that when the user is selecting the destination folder for the uploads - can we please have a search field to filter the options?

Having to twirl all the disclosure "+" icons and drill down through tons of sub-folders in a small window (that cannot be resized) is cumbersome and tedious.

Having the ability to type in the name of the exact folder we need to select would be incredibly easy and efficient!
