Can I restore my infected files to more than 30 days ago with the extended version history add-on?

I use dropbox plus, I would like to ask on August 23 my dropbox was affected by malware, and I intend to restore my files before August 23 but I can't do it because I can only do a maximum of 30 days, if I subscribe using the add-on extend version history $39.99 I can restore my files to before August 23?

    Hey Phebe, thanks for posting your question and sorry to hear about your files.

     

    Purchasing the extended version history add-on, wouldn't help you in this case, as it does work retroactively, I'm afraid.

     

    However, I would suggest reaching out to our support team directly, to see if there's something they can do for you.
