Dropbox on PC is not syncing with my Android phone

I originally installed Dropbox on my PC. I have since synced files with different Android phones. Now, my phone does not sync with my PC. I have uninstalled and reinstalled DB on my phone, but the only files that appear on my phone are 'Get started with Dropbox' and other useless stuff.

Please help!

    Are you certain that you're signed into the same email address on the Android app that is visible in the desktop app?
