Why can I only upload photos from my Amazon Fire Max 11 and not other files like apks?

Why not let people upload files other than photos? I have an Amazon Fire Max 11, and all I can upload are photos. But I don't need to back up photos, but other files, like apk files, and there's no way I can upload them. Bummer.

Dropbox will allow you to upload ANYTHING AT ALL. Thats the whole point of it.

However, if you are using a tablet or a mobile device a lot is locked and restricted to what the OS will allow. For most that is limited, for copyright reasons, to photos only.

Use a proper computer/website and you will see you can upload anything you want 🙂
