Files in appdata roaming

Hello. I noticed in one user's directory C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Dropbox has a lot of data that takes up space (see photo). Can this data be safely deleted? I wanted to uninstall and reinstall the application, but I don't see it in Windows programs. Thanks a lot to everyone for your answers
