The shared link I pasted into Power BI from Dropbox isn't updating

Hi,

I am currently able to connect the file from DropBox to Power Bi to create the visualization, but this is not updating to refresh the information.

Any ideas why this happens.

Thanks

Hey mldahika, welcome to our Community!

Would you mind walking me through the exact steps that you follow on your end, in order to connect the file from Dropbox to Power BI?

Also, if you happen to have any screenshots of what you see on your end, feel free to attach them here, in order for me to have a visual too.

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

      Hi Megan,

      Thank you for the answer.

      I am following these steps:

      1. Select to share file by email, and copy the link that is given.

      2. Go to Power BI, and select the Web connector.

      3. place the link given, by replacing the last number from 0 to 1.

This allowes me to piull the information ONCE, but not refresh.

Hi from me too, mldahika! Can you open an incognito window on your browser and test the shared link there, while not being signed in to your Dropbox account? Is it working correctly then?
