How can I find out which account was charged and get a refund for the fee?
Hello,Everyone
On March 26th, my Paypal account was charged $119.88 by an unknown Dropbox account. I want to know how I can find out about this account and complete a refund. I have the payment transaction number available. I hope to get help.

Hey there, Ticcy Henry, welcome to our Community!
Have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?
You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.

Did you also contact PayPal? If you've been charged by Dropbox and didn't provide them with your billing information, then someone else has and you should be contacting PayPal to make sure there are no other fraudulent attempts on your account.
