Can no longer access my old email and cannot log in. How to cancel my subscription?
A Dropbox account was created under my previous work email. I no longer have access to this email and can no longer log into this account under my email (asking for a code via email). How can I cancel this subscription? Who do I contact for help?
I tried submitting help through my new work email (which upon login, says that dropbox has emailed me a code, but also have not received the code via email). Very frustrated...

Hi there jiango - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
In such cases, you can contact our support team through this form. You'll just need to use an incognito window without signing into any Dropbox account and fill in all the needed information.
