Cant log into account, DB saying it doesn't exist, but have been charged each month

I downloaded Dropbox around a year ago and stored a file. Since getting a new iphone, I have tried to log in and none of the emails I've tried have worked. They are all saying the account doesn't exist. I know that I have been charged for my dropbox account every month. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH A REAL PERSON THROUGH CUSTOMER SUPPORT LINE. As soon as I find a better file storage place I'm switching but I want the file I stored!! Any advice?? Thank you!!!

(This is probably assumed, but for clarification, created this new account just so I could post in the community board 😑🙄)

Hi nicolearaujo, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

It sounds like you might have an email address you're not aware of.

Have you tried locating your account using the card lookup tool?

This will help me to assist further!
