I deleted one of my accounts and it's still active
Hi I deleted one account, because i found out I had two. I was advised to delete the free account, so I could change my email in my payed account.
Now a few weeks later i tried to change my email in my profile, but is still says the email is not available, please help

Welcome to the Dropbox Community.
It sounds to me like the account attached to the email address you want to use may not have been deleted.
Can you try logging into Dropbox with that email address and checking?
If it's still active, try following these steps to delete the account.
If not, let me know and we'll look into this further.
