There was a problem completing this request when I try to access my account.
After downloading Dropbox app, I signed in and entered my email and password. There were two situations: one was after entering email and pw, it was informed that "invalid email or pw" (although it's totally right); and the other situation was after entering secretary code, it was informed "there was a problem completing this request". I dont know how to solve this, and I have tried to log in on some browser webs but they showed the same results and didnt work. Any fix please ?

Can you try to login to this account online through a different browser or private browsing window, to see if you're getting any errors there?
Also, when was the last time you accessed your Dropbox account online? Is it possible that it's more than one year?
