User replacement on Dropbox Business team

Hello everybody!

Our team is subscribed to a Standard Business plan with 3 users. We would need to remove a user from team and replace said user with another.

Can I remove the user by using the admin console and then add the new user, or would that create problems because of the minimum user number?

  • Hi Tobias Meier, thanks for contacting us.

Licenses will always remain unaffected when you remove a team member from your Dropbox Business account.

It will remain active, so that you can add a new member to take up the unused license.

If you need any more details, feel free to message back!
