I've been using third-party app Otter.ai connected to Dropbox for more than a year.
Since yesterday, audio files from the folder Dropbox/Apps/Otter are not getting imported by Otter for auto-transcription.
Dropbox is connected in Otter in Settings. No problem there

You'll need to contact the support group for Otter.ai. Dropbox simply provides the API that Otter.ai uses to connect to the server. It's Otter.ai that created the application so only they can support it. Dropbox cannot support third-party applications.

I'm experiencing the same issue.
I think it might be a folder permission issue, but I'm not sure.
Hey @LMas, sorry to see you're having this issue.
Have you tried Rich's suggestion to see if you can get some more info?
