Request to pay by bank transfer for Family plan.

I would like to subscribe for a Family Plan (2T). We have no credit card/debit card or paypal account. How I pay by bank transfer please?

You cannot I'm afraid. Only Enterprise customers can use that as an option.

We are a non-profit organisation. Is it consider an enterprise entity? Please can I request a phone call/online call conversation to discuss further as this issue has been dragged for a month? Thanks.

Enterprise Customers would only be if you purchased many 100's of user licences.

You can try and contact Sales at www.dropbox.com/plans Monday through Friday, however, I know they have said previously BACs is only available for very large purchases.
