Can't access dropbox. Email no longer in use

Hi there, the email i use to log into Dropbox is no longer active. I am unable to login to change it though because during the sign up process it sends a 6 digit verification code to the email address that no longer exists. Seems I am stuck in a loop. How can i access dropbox to change my email address if I can't sign in? Thanks, Eric

Hey @EricH1, sorry to hear about this.

 

I'm afraid that without access to the email address that's associated with the account in question, we won't be able to help much here.

 

Can you re-create the email address perhaps?

 

Also, do you happen to be connected to that account on a device of yours?
