Content folders not accessible through Admin Console

Content folders not accessible through Admin Console

We are on the standard plan. When I use the Admin Console through dropbox.com on some folders I can click into and others I cannot. Even folders I have permissions to see I cannot see the subfolders. All I have is the option to mange and all thats let me do is add or remove users/teams. What is the solution for admin to see all folders and subfolders?

Hey @soonerdm, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

You mentioned the Admin Console, but could you clarify which tab are you navigating to do this?

Have you by any chance tried another browser to do this?

If you did and this persists, could you send us a screenshot so that we can have a visual too?

Thanks!

And then when I try to navigate to the subfolders in this directory It only lets me manage

I haven't tried another browser because some of the other folders I can browse the subfolders.

Sorry to jump in here, @soonerdm.

Are you having this issue with team folders or simple shared folders?

And if it's just simple shared folders, are you a member of those, or do they belong to a different team member?
