What happened to Dropbox??? It used to be so easy to do things and now it gets more complicated everytime I come in to do something. Why can´t I download all my pictures and videos at one time, with a button to click on for all of them to be marked??? This is very aggitating, confusing and takes to much time for the effort!!!

Hi there @JozyCoo - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

From what I gather you must be using a web browser to do this - right? 

 

If that's the case indeed, have you tried multiple-selecting your files and downloading them as outlined here?

 

Let me know more and we'll take it from there.
