My video opens in half the original time, when I share it via link.

I would like to know why when I share a video file link of 1 hour or so to another user, as soon as this user opens the link I shared, the video opens in half the original time of the file that was shared

Hey Laoim Glordagur! Thanks for posting on our Community today.

Can you clarify for me what you mean when saying that the video opens in half the original time of the file that was shared?

Is the issue that the video doesn’t start from the beginning, but at 30:00 instead? Or that the user can only watch/preview the file till the first 30 minutes?

If the later, and you’re on the free Basic plan, then that’s expected (as mentioned here).

If that's not it, feel free to send me a screenshot of what they see instead and I'll take a look for you.

    Keep me in the loop.
