Account is full even after everything is deleted and backup is off.
Recently Dropbox messed up with the storage quota report. Not to mention it always create a duplicate of my current folder when joining a team that's causing it to double up the size but even after I deleted the duplicate folder, I still cannot sync new files because the reported quota won't update at all and still says the account is full even though it's not. This is quite frustration.

Have you looked to see if there is a symlink or junction anywhere? It sounds like its being sync'd up twice
