"Cannot find module" error on Dropbox app (Mac Os ventura 13.6.5)

I receive this message and wonder how to solve it. 

I work on a mac in Mac Os ventura 13.6.5

    Can you clarify when this error appears exactly on your screen? What steps are you taking, right before it comes up? 

     

    Also, what’s the app version of Dropbox that you’re using on your device?
