I added my VAT number to my Professional plan, but my invoice didn't look correct.
I am a phd student and would like to purchase a dropbox account using the university funds. However, in order to get the reimbursement they asked me to have an invoice that looks like this
I tried to buy a professional plan and add the VAT number of the university but my invoice looked different, therefore I had to stop the plan because I could not get the university reimbursement. Does anyone know how I can get a plan and account settings that allow me to obtain an invoice that looks like in the first screenshot? thanks
I reactivated my account with monthly payments and managed to get the invoice I wanted,

Do you remember what your own invoice looked like, by any chance? Was there any info missing from it?
I’d also like you to clarify what steps you followed to add your VAT number to your Dropbox account. Did you do it this way?

This is how my invoice was looking
As you can see my invoice includes the VAT and does not have the VAT number under my university name as in the correct one
I tried to do it that way but it did not allow me

Thanks for the visual! Out of curiosity, did you add your VAT number to your Dropbox account, after that invoice was issued?
I’m wondering if this is what happened in this case.

Hi albertoperego, just for clarification, are you not seeing the VAT number on a brand new invoice, or for an older invoice that has already been issued?

It is an older invoice, but even when I tried to add the VAT number for a new invoice it did not let me add it

I do not understand if it is an issue of the Professional plan that does not let me generate an invoice as the first one I sent or what else is the issue
