Where can I locate the tax residence certificate for my account?

Hi, until the end of last year I used a paid license for the team. Please let me know where I can download the Dropbox International Unlimited Company tax residence certificate?

    Hey Jacek_P, how are you today?

     

    I'd recommend contacting the support team with the transaction ID located in the invoice.

     

    You can do this by logging into your account, clicking this support link, scrolling down to 'Submit a help request', and providing as much info as possible.

     

    Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system!
