No individual or sharing activity details

In the past two weeks, I am now no longer to view any individual or sharing activity details. I know there is substantial activity but I no longer can view any which has made Dropbox overall much more difficult to use. I am using Mac OS Ventura 13.4.1

All I see is a screen that says "here you'll find files or folders you've recently interacted with" although there is nothing in either my individual or sharing activity. It seems others are also reporting this having happened recently.

    Is this in the broswer? If so have you tried another one? Maybe also clearing cache and cookies etc.
