Dropbox error email already invited

I am trying to add a team member to my business account and I'm getting the error "1 email was already invited by another team".

 

She is not listed as a team member on any file or account. My account allows 5 team  members and I currently have 4

    From what you mention, it sounds like this user has already been invited to join another Business team with the same email address/Dropbox account.

     

    Can you please check if that’s the case?
