Email invitation to participate in paid Dropbox research study. Is it scam?
Is this spam? from: no-reply@em-s.dropbox.com
The Dropbox Research team wants to hear from you! We want to speak to users on their team’s Dropbox account. Your feedback will help us improve our services.
The research session would involve a 60 minute remote conversation with you and a member of the Dropbox Research team during the week of July 14, 2025.
Take our short survey so we can learn a bit more about you. We will contact you directly if you’re a fit for our study.
Hi there, shaylene I hope you're doing well!
Based on the info you've provided it sounds like the email is coming from an official Dropbox domain. You can see more about it here.
So I'd have to say it sounds like it's a legitimate survey.
If you need something else, please let me know and I will be more than happy to help every step of the way.
