Have a work account, now can't log into personal account
I've tried searching the community forums but I can't quite find my particular issue so here goes-
I've had a personal Dropbox account for years. A company I do contract work for added me as a user to their shared business account, using the same email address I use for my personal account. Now I can log into the work account, but I can't log into my personal account nor see any of my personal files when logged into the work account.
I've tried numerous things (unmerging accounts, trying to log in from a new browser window and an incognito browser window, resetting password), but when I try to enter my email address and the password for my personal account, I get told that the password is incorrect. I've got the files from my personal Dropbox account backed up to my laptop, so I know they're still there somewhere, I just can't access them. Any suggestions would be really appreciated!

Hi SMPicks, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
When you were invited to the Dropbox Business team, which is what you're describing, did you merge your account there (meaning your files were added to the Dropbox Business team) or did you keep your files separate under a different Dropbox account?
This will help me to assist further!
