I don't want to keep receiving emails, and it keeps happening, even though I've opted out.

I can't stand the emails and they keep sending them.  I have opted out, but they keep sending.  In Canada, if you can't unsubscribe easily, the company can be charged millions in fines for CASL non compliance.  I still need drop box on occasion, but can't stop the reminders.   I am going to report them to CASL and maybe some government intervention will help fix it.....  I tried deleting my account and they make that difficult too.

    First off, can you clarify what kind of emails you keep receiving from Dropbox? If you wish, you can also upload a screenshot of an example email here (just make sure there’s none of your personal info showing). 

     

    Other than that, what type of issue did you come across when trying to delete your Dropbox account? Did you receive any errors or had any trouble with the given steps?
