I need the one-time code to log in to my other Dropbox account, but the email never arrives.
Hello, unfortunately I had to re-register as user due to I can't log-in with the fomer account: my other email [removed per Community Guidelines] is unable to get the verification code. I have tried every possibility, adding "no-reply" as reliable sender, checking spam folder, logging in also from incognito mode using different browsers and so on....
Perhaps may you help me somehow? Thanks

Hi gianma_dj,
Did you try checking your spam folders or junk files to see if the code is there? If you did and still not see the code, you may try to reset your Dropbox password by clicking this link : http://www.dropbox.com/forgot and check your email for the instructions . Thank you.

yes, I did...plain nothing in any folder...not even mentioning I gave a try to reset my password before posting.

Hi gianma_dj,
I see. We apologize for that inconvenience, what you can do instead is to submit a sign in issue ticket to our Support Team. Make sure first that you open this on a web browser that you are not currently logged in. Even if it asks for your 6 digit code, it will still be considered as pre-logged in already so make sure that you are logged out from any browser to make this ticket work. You can either open an incognito mode, or click this link first to your current browser: http://www.dropbox.com/logout before you click this link : https://www.dropbox.com/support/sign-in-issues . The form looks like this , as seen below :

Not to worry, gianma_dj! Can you please double check that my email isn’t located in the spam folder of your email address, or in its trash folder?
If it’s not, I can go ahead and open a new ticket for you.
Please also make sure that you’re looking at the correct email address; I’ve messaged you at the email address that’s linked to your Community profile here, and not the one that’s tied to your old Dropbox account (the one you can’t access).
