How can I claim the 20% discount to renew my plan?

I cancelled my Plus account. I'm having second thoughts about that and am considering going back to Dropbox Plus. At one point during cancellation I was offered a 20% discount if I renewed. I'll renew if I can get that discount but sales is not honouring that.

With a lot of these discounts they are ones you need to use immediately or they are lost. 

 

The other one is that Dropbox often markets the discounts but as an annual plan instead of monthly - as that usually saves you 2 months payments.
