I deleted the Dropbox app two months ago thinking later on I’ll be able to log in again when I’m ready. Today my grandmother passed so I redownloaded it to retrieve photos of her. I usually signed in with my Apple ID for the past 6 years, unfortunately now when I use the same Apple ID it’s asking me to create an account like my account no longer exist. Please help.

Hi there @Toniclay, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

Can you please try to login to the account from a web browser using the email address and password you had used for the account that connected to the app you had deleted and let us know if you get any particular error messages?

 

This will help us assist further.
