Hi, I'm tryin to install Dropbox on my new laptop. I'm entering my user & password, and then I receive a one-time security code to my email. However - the system doesn't accept the security code (the one Dropbox is sending me on email...). Any idea why this is happening and how to deal with it?

Hi Nancy, thanks for the reply. 
The problem was solved after I sign out from another device (I had more than 3 devices connected).

The thing is that I had to figure it out on my own, it wasn't mentioned on the error massage...

Sorry to hear that, @Shlomi Zy.

 

In case you haven’t tried this already, can you please reinstall the Dropbox app on your device, and attempt to sign in once again? 

 

Is the same thing still happening after that?
