Hi. I use Dropbox app installed by my office on Windows 11. But most pdf documents are unable to be opened and it will states "There was an error while opening this document. The path doesn't exist".
This is really unbearable as we are working paperless and neeeeedd to view all the scanned files in that Dropbox app.
Please help ASAP! Thank u.
Hey there @damsel in distress - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please let me know if the files that are giving you this error are online only or available offline to your computer?
Could you maybe send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting so that we can have a visual too?
Also, are you able to preview those files normally on our website?
Keep me posted!

Thanks for the screenshot @damsel in distress - much appreciated!
Could you also clarify the Dropbox desktop app's exact status and version as shown in your task bar and send me a screenshot of how those files look inside your Dropbox folder too?
