Why are my folders showing files?

How do I fix this

    Hi ConJoy , and thanks for your post.

     

    Can you clarify what you mean exactly? Are you seeing files within your folders that don’t belong to you or that haven't been created by you? 

     

    Which Dropbox platform are you looking at? 

     

    Feel free to also send me a screenshot or two of what you see, and I can take a look.

    I upgraded to the business temporarily to get some court documents done but when I looked at my folders it's like you see everything in the folder instead of just the folder and its name it looks like a mess. No I don't have OCD 😔 it's just distracting grr

    Hey ConJoy , just to make sure I understand correctly, do you mean that after upgrading to Dropbox Business, your folders were moved inside a folder with your name on it, instead of showing up in your root Dropbox directory?
