Deleted files

I disbanned my team and downgraded from a business account. All the files were then moved to my personal account. I deleted them to make room because now I was taking up too much space. I did this 5 days ago, but when I go to my deleted files it says there are none. I need to recover the documents in one of the folders - does anyone know how to do this?

    Were they shared/team folders? 

     

    If so you need to rejoin the team or share to restore. Note that to do this you'll need enough quota to do so
