The folder movement banner doesn't go away unless it's clicked

Hello,

 

The banner that pops up on the bottom of Dropbox when you move a folder, it used to go away or time out after you moved something, now it stays until you click it away. Our team moves folders all the time, it's kind of annoying to have that extra click every time, you guys should make that something that is a programmable setting for the individual user.
