How to use Dropbox to work in team
Hello everyone,
I’m struggling to understand how to use Dropbox for team‑wide collaboration. My main issue: when I share a folder with people outside my company who are on the free Dropbox plan, that folder counts against their 2 GB limit which is tiny. Is there a way for me to let them use my paid storage so they can both access and upload files? SharePoint lets external users do this. Does Dropbox offer anything comparable? In short, how can I collaborate in Dropbox with dozens of partners from different companies without asking all 30 of them to sign up for a paid plan?
Thanks in advance for any guidance!

Hey Riccardo-89 - thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to our Community!
In this case, you can either opt in for a Dropbox team account or, otherwise, you'd need to use file requests for them to upload to your account without impacting their own quota and shared links for them to view the content you'd like to share with them.
I hope this helps!
