Sync issues and errors opening files on new computer after installing Dropbox
Apparently my plan does not include any kind of support from Dropbox, so I have to ask the Community. I added Dropbox to a new computer and it does not seem to sync well. If I create a doc on another computer on Dropbox, I cannot access it on the new computer. I also cannot open any of my docs. I get an error message: "An unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file." I am not trying to copy a file, I am trying to open it. It also says "the cloud file provider has exited unexpectedly." Anyone know how to fix these problems?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, mike2727.
First, can you let us know what your computer's OS and version?
Also, what's the Dropbox app's sync status and version, when you hover your mouse over the Dropbox icon in your system tray/menu bar?
Let me know and we'll go from there.
