Why was a referral I sent marked as 'Ineligible'?
I referred a friend.
She has never signed up to dropbox.
She is not using the same computer or internet connection as me.
She has signed up to dropbox and paid.
There is no connection between our accounts.
In the 'refer a friend' tab of my account her email is visible and marked as 'Ineligible'.
I want an answer as to why when I've convinced my friend to join, shes paid and we get nothing WHY?

Hey oliver durant, thanks for reaching out to us.
Paying for a subscription isn't necessary for a referral to be granted to the person accepting it.
That said, though, I'd like to look further into this for you.
Can we send you an email, so we can take a closer look?
Let me know.

There are many reasons a referral could be marked as ineligible. You would need to contact Support for assistance with this. The people here don't have that kind of insight into your account.
