Black screen when launching the Dropbox desktop app
Hi Everyone,
Black screen problems are preventing me from using the Dropbox desktop app. Every time I launch the application, the window opens, but the screen remains completely black, and Iam unable to interact with any options.
Here’s what I have tried so far,Restarted my computer and reinstalled the Dropbox app.Updated to the latest version of Dropbox.Checked my system’s display and graphics drivers for updates.Iam using Windows 11 with Dropbox version 182.4.7895.
Has anyone else encountered this black screen issue? Could it be related to a recent update, graphics settings, or something specific to my system? Any advice or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated!

Hey romillyrom - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
The version of the app you mentioned is quite old, could you try updating it from this page directly?
