Manage hard drive space option is missing in my OSX avatar

Manage hard drive space option is missing in my OSX avatar.

How do I make all of my dropbox files online only to save disk space.  I don't want to have to right click ONE file at a time.  thanks.

You do this when looking at your files and folders within your local Dropbox folder, in Finder. The following screenshot is from Windows, but the idea is the same.

You don't have to right-click each file one at a time. Simply select multiple files or folders, or select all of them, then right-click and select Available Offline.

Just know that the more files you select at once, the longer it will take Dropbox to process them. Be patient and let it work.

Thanks Rich, but no joy.  When I select all in my osX menu bar Drobbox there is no 'Make Online only' option.

Thanks a lot.   Finally got it to work.  I hope.   This didn’t work when ‘all files’ was selected.   No online only option then.   But when I selected a batch of files/folders at a time it did show that option 🤪🤪🤪.   Seems really clunky.   I’m sure that somewhere in Dropbox there must be a setting or option that says ‘store all files online only’.   Somewhere.   Thanks again for help all.  Philip
