The desktop app on one of my computers keeps throwing a startup error.
I am getting a permission error on my home computer when trying to sync. Tried the help online but I am still getting the same error.
This is what pops up. It has been months since I have been able to use this computer because of this error. Now I have to use this computer and still no support.
Hi HV-PAIA, if you're not on a Dropbox Basic plan with more than 3 devices connected, could you try an advanced reinstall of the app using the steps in this link?

Can you click on the txt hyperlink that appears in your screenshot and send me the full error log you should get after that?
Ping me when youâre ready.
